The City of Beaumont is the hub city in Southeast Texas. You can arrive via highway, air, rail, or water. We are at the crossroads of Interstate 10 and highways 69/90/96/287, 90 miles east of Houston, and 25 miles from the Louisiana border. Interstate 10 runs adjacent to the downtown area with an average of 100,000 vehicles crossing the Neches River everyday.

Almost half a million people call the greater Beaumont area home. Beaumont, with a population of 114,000, is the region's largest city and the seat of Jefferson County. Jefferson County, Hardin County, and Orange County are home to 385,090 residents.

Downtown Beaumont has gone through a renaissance in the past few years and is poised to continue this trend as the region is preparing for $15-20 Billion in investment.

This waterfront property is within 2 blocks of: Crockett Street Entertainment District, the Art, Energy and Fire Museums and the recently-renovated Julie Rogers and Jefferson Theatres

• Private Investments over the past few years have totaled more than $70Million, including the restoration of St. Anthony's Cathedral, First City, Steadman, Century Tower buildings as well as the construction of new townhouses at Cathedral Place
• Millions of dollars in Public Investments have been made downtown, including new brick sidewalks along Pearl, Orleans and Main Streets, Martin Luther King Jr. Park and the restoration of the Julie Rogers Theatre and Jefferson Theatre.
